Getting Started with EXR Metaverse: Accounts, Access, and Navigation
Overview
This guide brings together the essentials for getting started with the EXR Metaverse, setting up an account, understanding the main interface, and finding the right training launch option.
Table of Contents
1. Understand the Two Experiences
EXR Manager is the administrator console used to manage an organization's users, training assignments, groups, reports, Metaverse settings, and other available administration features.
EXR Metaverse is the user-facing experience where learners can open assigned XR modules, review their own performance, and, when granted facilitator access, view groups and start available sessions.
2. Access the EXR Metaverse
Open the Metaverse access page at https://xrmanager.elitexr.com/dashboard/metaverse.
If you are a learner or invited user, your organization's EXR Manager administrator must first add you to the organization and send you an invitation. Open the invitation and follow its instructions to set up your account and create your own login credentials. Use those credentials to sign in.

If you have not received an invitation, check your inbox and spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, ask your administrator to confirm that your user account and invitation have been created.
3. Navigate the EXR Metaverse
The sidebar contains the main areas of the Metaverse:
XR Modules: Browse or search the training modules available to your account.
Performance: Review summary information and session history.
Groups: If you have facilitator access, view groups and members and start available sessions.
Help: Open the help center.
Settings: Manage editable profile information and password. Email addresses cannot be changed here.
Logout: End your session.

4. Find and Launch Training
Open XR Modules, browse the cards or use search, and open the module you want to access.

For a web-based module, select START to open it at its separate module address.
For a headset-based module, select the Meta button to access the module through the Meta Store. A PIN may be shown beneath the button; follow the instructions provided for using it.
If a card displays Access Expired, the seat has expired and the launch option is unavailable.
Not every module supports every launch method. Use the options shown on the specific module card.
5. Review Your Performance
Open Performance to review the summary information and session history available for your account. Select an individual session to view its details. A certificate may be available after successful completion when the module supports certificates.

6. Navigate and Manage Your Profile
Use Back, when displayed, to return from a detail page. Under Settings, follow the available controls to update editable profile information or manage your password. Contact your administrator if your email address needs to change.

View Groups and Start a Session
If you have facilitator access, open Groups to view the groups and members available to you.
Select the group you need and review its member list. When you're ready to facilitate, use the available session-start option.

The Metaverse provides the user-facing group view and session-start options available to facilitators.
If you can't see a group or the session option is unavailable, ask your administrator to check your group setup and facilitator access in EXR Manager.
Common First Checks
No invitation: Check spam or junk, then contact your administrator.
Cannot sign in: Use the credentials created during invitation setup and try any available account recovery option.
Module missing: Ask your administrator to confirm the module is assigned to your account.
Access Expired: Ask your administrator to confirm the seat status.
Groups not visible: Your account may not have facilitator access.
Security Tips
Keep your credentials private, do not share passwords or private invitation links, and log out when using a shared device.
