How to Download Your Training Certificate in EXR Metaverse
Finishing a training module feels better when you can save proof of completion right away. In EXR Metaverse, eligible modules may include a completion certificate that you can access after the platform records your successful session.
This guide explains how to download training certificate files from eligible Elite XR modules, where to look in the platform, and what to check if the option does not appear.

Before you download your training certificate
A certificate is not available for every module by default. Elite XR supports certificates of completion for eligible training modules, which means two things must be true:
The module must offer a certificate.
Your completion must be recorded successfully in the platform.
If either condition is not met, the download option may not appear. That does not always mean something is wrong. It may simply mean that the course does not issue certificates, or that your session has not yet been marked complete.
Before starting, make sure you have:
Access to the EXR Metaverse
A completed training session
The correct user account
Permission to view your performance results
A stable internet connection if you plan to download the file
If your organization manages its own Elite XR training environment, permissions and available features may vary. Some users may need to contact an administrator for access to completion records.
Step 1. Log in to the EXR Metaverse
Start by opening the EXR Metaverse and signing in with the account you used to complete the training.
This matters because certificates and session results are tied to your user profile. If you completed a module under one account but log in with another, you may not see the same training history.
After logging in, give the platform a moment to load your available tools, training data, and navigation options.
Step 2. Select Performance from the sidebar
Once you are inside the platform, look for the sidebar navigation. Select Performance.
The Performance area is where you can review completed sessions and related results. This is the best place to start because certificates, when available, are connected to recorded training activity rather than to the general module list.
If you do not see Performance, check whether the sidebar is collapsed. Some interfaces show icons first and labels after you expand the menu. If the option is still missing, your account may not have access to that area.
Step 3. Find the completed training session
In Performance, look through your training history and find the completed session you want to review.
Use the module name, date, or session details to identify the right record. If you have completed multiple sessions with similar names, open the one that matches the activity you need proof for.
Take a moment to confirm you are looking at a completed session, not one that is still in progress. A certificate normally depends on successful completion, so an unfinished or interrupted session may not show a download option.
Step 4. Open the session details
Select the completed session to open its details.
The details view should show information about that training attempt. Depending on how your organization has configured the module, this may include completion status, results, timing, or related records.
Look for any indication that a certificate is available. The wording may vary, but the key is to find a certificate or download option within the session record.

Step 5. Select the download option if it is available
If the session includes a certificate, choose the download option provided in the details view.
The file may download to your device’s default downloads folder, or your browser may ask where you want to save it. Choose a location you can find later, such as a training folder or a personal records folder.
After downloading, open the file to confirm it saved correctly. If you need to share it with a supervisor, administrator, or compliance contact, use the file you downloaded rather than a screenshot, unless your organization says otherwise.
What to check if the certificate does not appear
If you cannot find the certificate option, use this short checklist before asking for help.
What to check | Why it matters |
Confirm that the module was completed | Certificates usually depend on a successful completion record. |
Check whether the module supports certificates | Not every training module offers a certificate of completion. |
Review the session results | Your completion may not have been recorded, or the session may show as incomplete. |
Make sure you are using the right account | Records are tied to the user who completed the training. |
Allow time for the record to update | Some systems may need a brief period to show the latest result. |
If everything looks correct and the certificate is still unavailable, contact your organization’s administrator or Elite XR Support. Include the name of the module, the approximate completion date, and what you see in the Performance area. That information can help them review the issue faster.
Signs that your download was successful
You will know the process worked when you can locate the saved certificate file on your device and open it without errors.
A successful download usually means:
The file appears in your downloads folder or selected save location.
The certificate opens in a compatible viewer.
The details match the completed module.
The file is ready to store or share according to your organization’s policy.
If the file does not open, try downloading it again. If a second attempt fails, check your browser settings or ask your administrator for guidance.
Keep your certificate easy to find
After saving the certificate, rename the file if needed so it is easy to identify later. A clear file name can include the module name and completion date.
For example:
`Elite-XR-Module-Name-Completion-MM-DD-YYYY`
Avoid changing the file type or editing the certificate content. Store it somewhere secure, especially if your organization uses completion records for compliance, onboarding, or internal training requirements.
Next step
To review your completed training sessions, sign in to the platform and open the Performance area. You can start here: open the Elite XR Manager.
Once you find the right completed session, check the details, look for the certificate option, and download the file if it is available. If you do not see it, confirm completion first, then ask your administrator or Elite XR Support for help.
