If you need to manage users, XR modules, reports, groups, Metaverse settings, billing, or organization settings, you will start in the Elite XR Manager web console. This guide walks through the full sign-in process, from opening the Manager URL to confirming that the correct dashboard loaded.

Use this article when you already have an active Elite XR Manager account and need a quick, reliable answer for how to log in to my account.

Start at the Elite XR Manager sign-in page before entering your account details.

Before you start

Make sure you have the required account information ready before opening the login page. This helps avoid failed attempts caused by typos, old passwords, or the wrong email address.

You need:

  • An active Elite XR Manager account

  • The email address associated with your account

  • Your Elite XR Manager password

If you do not have an account yet, create one before trying to sign in. Use the Create an Elite XR Manager Account guide, then return to this login process after your account is ready.

If someone else in your organization manages accounts, ask them to confirm which email address was used for your access. Many login issues happen because a user tries a personal email address when the account was created with a work or organization email.

Step 1. Open EXR Manager

Open a web browser and go to:

The Elite XR Manager sign-in page should appear. This is the starting point for the exr manager log in process.

Use a current browser when possible. If the page does not load, check that the URL is typed correctly and that your internet connection is working.

Step 2. Select Sign In

On the landing page, select Sign In.

This opens the login form where you can enter your account credentials. If the sign-in form is already visible, continue to the next step.

If you are using a shared or public device, avoid saving your login details in the browser. This helps protect access to your organization’s Manager account.

Step 3. Enter your email address

Enter the email address connected to your Elite XR Manager account.

Before moving on, check the address carefully. Look for:

  • Extra spaces before or after the email address

  • Misspelled names or domains

  • The wrong email account

  • Auto-filled information from another saved browser profile

A small typo can prevent a successful login, even when the password is correct.

Step 4. Enter your password

Enter your Elite XR Manager password in the password field.

Passwords are case-sensitive, so check whether Caps Lock is turned on. If your browser fills in a saved password, make sure it belongs to the correct Elite XR Manager account.

If you cannot remember your password, do not keep guessing. Select Forgot your password? and follow the reset process. Repeated failed attempts can slow down access and make it harder to tell whether the issue is your password, email address, or something else.

Step 5. Select Sign In

After entering your email address and password, select Sign In to submit your credentials.

If your information is valid, Elite XR Manager will open your account dashboard. The time it takes to load may vary based on your connection and browser, but you should be taken from the sign-in form into the Manager console.

If the login does not work, review the email address and password again. If the problem continues, use the password reset option or contact the person who manages Elite XR access for your organization.

After signing in, confirm that the Manager dashboard and left navigation are visible.

Step 6. Confirm you are in the correct account

Once the dashboard loads, check the account information shown in the header. This helps confirm that you signed in with the intended account, especially if you manage access for more than one organization or use multiple browser profiles.

The Manager navigation should be available from the left sidebar. Depending on your permissions, you may see areas such as:

  • XR Modules

  • Users

  • Reports

  • Metaverse

  • Groups

  • API Access

  • Catalog

  • Help

  • Settings

  • Logout

The exact options available to you may depend on your account role and organization settings. If you expected to see a specific area and it is missing, confirm that you are using the correct account and that your user permissions include access to that section.

Verify the result

You have successfully logged in when the Elite XR Manager dashboard loads and you can access the areas available to your account.

A successful login means:

  • The dashboard opens after you select Sign In

  • Your account information appears in the header

  • The left sidebar navigation is visible

  • You can open the Manager sections assigned to your account

If you reached the dashboard but something looks wrong, sign out and confirm that you used the correct email address. If you still cannot access the expected tools, ask your organization’s account administrator to review your user permissions.

Quick troubleshooting tips

If you cannot log in, start with the simplest checks.

Make sure the URL is correct:

Then confirm that your email address and password are entered correctly. Remove any extra spaces, check for spelling errors, and try typing the password manually if the browser auto-filled it.

If the password still does not work, use Forgot your password? instead of trying multiple guesses. After resetting your password, return to the Manager URL and sign in again.

When the dashboard loads and the left navigation is available, you are ready to manage the Elite XR Manager areas assigned to your account.
